Ingredients

- 400 g shortcrust pastry
- 150 g ham, cubed
- 150 g cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 350 ml milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven.
- 2 line pastry in a pie pan.
- 3 spread the ham, cheddar and tomatoes on the pastry.
- 4 mix milk, eggs and seasoning together and pour mixture on the filling.
- 5 cook for 40 mins until the milk mixture is firm.
