Ingredients

 - 2 ounces cauliflower
 - 1 teaspoon vinegar
 - 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
 - 1 dash salt
 
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine curry powder and salt.
 - 2 separate florets of cauliflower and cook in boiling water until cooked, but still crisp.
 - 3 drain and add to seasonings. mix to coat well.
