Impossibly Easy Taco Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • salsa
  • sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 grease 9 inch pie plate.
  • 3 cook ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.
  • 4 stir in seasoning mix (dry).
  • 5 spoon into pie plate; top with chilies.
  • 6 stir milk eggs and bisquick mix until blended.
  • 7 pour into pie plate.
  • 8 bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 9 sprinkle with cheese.
  • 10 bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
  • 11 cool 5 minutes.
  • 12 serve with salsa and sour cream.
