Ingredients

• pizza dough or boboli prepared pizza crust
• ground beef (optional)
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
• 1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce
• 1 (16 ounce) bag sharp cheddar cheese, fine shred
• salt
• pepper
• garlic powder
• onion powder

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 if using meat, pre-fry.
• 3 roll out dough into 8" round crusts, spread lightly with enchalada sauce. put in oven for 5-9 mins until sauce appears dry. remove from oven, recoat with sauce.
• 4 add meat if using, then coat with taco seasoning, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to taste.
• 5 mix some taco seasoning into cheese then apply to dough. allow to cook until cheese appears melted through, then finish under broiler with a close eye on it for crisping.
