Enchilada Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 ounces sliced black olives, drained
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mexican blend cheese
