Crock Pot Shredded Lamb

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 lbs lamb butt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • your favorite barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place roast in crock pot.
  • 2 sprinkle roast with taco seasoning.
  • 3 pour water over roast and cook for 24 hours on low.
  • 4 shred lamb using two forks.
  • 5 add barbecue sauce to taste or serve on the side.
  • 6 great on rolls or taco shells.
