Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can lobsters
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- toast rounds or cracker
Recipe
- 1 drain lobster. mince meat very fine or grind. add seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise. pile mixture on small rounds of toast or crackers and place under broiler until sauce bubbles.
