Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs hash browns (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2-1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 -2 cup corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together except the cornflakes and the 4 tbsp butter. place in a 9x13 inch pan.
- 2 sprinkle cornflakes and cubes of butter on top.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minute.
