Louisiana Best Steak Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
• 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 5 1/2 cups salad oil
• steak, of your choice

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients, mixing well. put in a container with a top; shake well. pour over steaks marinate for 3-4 hours.
• 2 grill or broil steaks.
