Ingrid's Top Secret Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced fine
- 1/2 onion, minced fine
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mccormick's mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 dump everything into a bowl and dig in with your hands. make sure you work it enough so that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 3 shape mixture into balls. (i use an ice cream scoop to portion it all out so that all of them are the same size.).
- 4 place the finished balls on a cookie sheet or in a shallow casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
