Ingrid's Top Secret Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced fine
  • 1/2 onion, minced fine
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mccormick's mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Recipe

  • 1 preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 dump everything into a bowl and dig in with your hands. make sure you work it enough so that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • 3 shape mixture into balls. (i use an ice cream scoop to portion it all out so that all of them are the same size.).
  • 4 place the finished balls on a cookie sheet or in a shallow casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
