Herb-yogurt Tomatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 large tomatoes, cored and halved crosswise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place tomato halves cut side up, in an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.
  • 2 in a small bowl, stir together yogurt, flour and seasoning.
  • 3 spoon mixture onto tomato halves.
  • 4 sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5 bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are heated through.
