Herb-yogurt Tomatoes

Ingredients

- 2 large tomatoes, cored and halved crosswise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2/3 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 place tomato halves cut side up, in an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.
- 2 in a small bowl, stir together yogurt, flour and seasoning.
- 3 spoon mixture onto tomato halves.
- 4 sprinkle with cheese.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are heated through.
