Ingredients

• 2 baking hens
• olive oil
• kosher salt
• garlic pepper seasoning
• oregano

Recipe

• 1 wash hens and pat dry.
• 2 rub all over with the olive oil.
• 3 sprinkle with salt, garlic pepper and oregano.
• 4 cook in a 350 preheated oven for 1 hour.
• 5 if tops have not browned and crisped enough to your liking, turn heat up to 400 degrees for 10 minutes but watch carefully as it browns quickly.
