Gluten Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup gluten flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mckay's poultry seasoning
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients.
- 3 dissolve mckay's seasoning, soy sauce and olive oil in boiling water.
- 4 add to dry ingredients, all at once.
- 5 mix thoroughly.
- 6 bake in 9x13 pan for 45 min covered, then an additional 15 min uncovered.
