Gluten Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup gluten flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mckay's poultry seasoning
  • 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix all dry ingredients.
  • 3 dissolve mckay's seasoning, soy sauce and olive oil in boiling water.
  • 4 add to dry ingredients, all at once.
  • 5 mix thoroughly.
  • 6 bake in 9x13 pan for 45 min covered, then an additional 15 min uncovered.
