Ingredients

- 1 whole fresh pineapple
- creole seasoning (i use tony chachere's)
Recipe
- 1 clean pineapple, slice about 3/4" rings and core.
- 2 lightly sprinkle creole over each slice.
- 3 grill 4-5 minutes per side on med high heat to reveal nice grill marks.
- 4 that's it!
- 5 serve with any protein or just enjoy by itself.
