Creole Croutons

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups day-old bread cubes (use grain bread for an extra crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375c . in a bowl, mix oil with seasoning.
  • 2 toss the stale bread cubes with the seasoned oil. spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. bake for until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
