Ingredients

- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans beans, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons italian herb seasoning
- pepper
- 1/4 lb sausage (cooked & crumbled)
Recipe
- 1 saute garlic & onion in 1 tbsp oil till soft. add kale and saute till wilted. add all other ingredients & simmer.
- 2 can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
