Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- salt
- pepper
- parsley, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in frypan, cook onions until soft, then add tomatoes and cheese.
- 2 stir until well heated.
- 3 add beaten egg yolks and seasoning.
- 4 cook this mixture until it becomes creamy, stirring all the time.
- 5 serve on buttered toast, and sprinkle parsley on top.
