- 2 bunches kale leaves, very finely chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 place the kale leaves in a serving bowl.
- 2 in a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder and salt.
- 3 pour over kale and toss to combine well. taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
