Ground Beef With Noodles And Veggies

Total Time: 43 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag of your favorite noodles
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (you can use both if you like) or 1 (15 ounce) can peas (you can use both if you like)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small red bell peppers (chopped) or 1 small green bell pepper (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tony original creole seasoning, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef with onion and pepper.
  • 2 add seasonings. mix well.
  • 3 brown ground beef in medium pot.
  • 4 no need to drain (beef should be lean).
  • 5 add noodles.
  • 6 add water just until noodles are covered.
  • 7 bring to boil.
  • 8 simmer between medium and high until noodles are cooked.
  • 9 water should be boiled down by now.
  • 10 simmer on high if water has not boiled down enough.
  • 11 turn off heat and cover pot for 5 minutes before serving.
  • 12 flavors will mix together.
  • 13 stir and serve.
