Eskimo Joe's World Famous Chili

Ingredients

• 3 lbs ground beef
• 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
• 1 (10 ounce) can rotel with green chilies
• 1 (28 ounce) can spicy chili beans
• 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
• 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 3/4 cup chopped onion
• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 2 teaspoons oregano
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups water

Recipe

• brown meat in a skillet. add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. after browning the meat, you could also put this in a crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours.
