Healthy Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 pint buttermilk (470 ml)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all the seasoning together with the yogurt and mayonnaise.
  • 2 add the buttermilk and blend well.
  • 3 keeps (refrigerated) for several weeks.
