Healthy Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 pint buttermilk (470 ml)
Recipe
- 1 blend all the seasoning together with the yogurt and mayonnaise.
- 2 add the buttermilk and blend well.
- 3 keeps (refrigerated) for several weeks.
