Indian Corn

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
- 2 (8 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 lb wide egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef, chopped onion, chopped celery in a large skillet. add diced green pepper and frozen corn. mix well.
- 2 stir in both cans of stewed tomatoes, italian seasoning, garlic powder and chili powder.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 bring to a simmer and let cook for 20 minutes.
- 5 while this is cooking, prepare your noodles, per directions on box/bag. drain.
- 6 when ready to serve, place indian corn over cooked noodles.
- 7 can be served on a plate or in a bowl.
- 8 may sprinkle with parmesan or romano cheese.
- 9 a simple lettuce salad and some fresh, crusty bread/butter complete the meal!
