- 1 bunch cilantro, stems and all, chopped finely
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 -2 hot chili pepper, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
- cayenne pepper, pinch
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until almost pureed, but still somewhat chunky.
- 2 adjust seasoning and chill before serving.
