Ingredients

- 1 lb fine ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 raw egg yolks, threads removed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 2 place in glass bowl (jello mold optional).
- 3 refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- 4 serve with saltines.
