- 1 (14 ounce) can hominy (yellow or drained)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
- 1 cup cooked rice (i use brown rice)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown ground turkey with onions.
- 2 add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3 add seasonings and liquid to taste and consistency desired.
