- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion salt
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon blood orange ginger (bulk barn)
Recipe
- 1 cut meat into 1" cubes.
- 2 add spicing.
- 3 grind, or double grind.
