Homemade Blood Orange Ginger Mild Sausages

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs lamb
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon blood orange ginger (bulk barn)

Recipe

  • 1 cut meat into 1" cubes.
  • 2 add spicing.
  • 3 grind, or double grind.
