Ingredients

- 12 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
- 1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, diced
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
- 2 place hash browns in pan. top with ham, vegetables and cheeses.
- 3 beat eggs with half and half and salt. pour over meat and potatoes.
- 4 cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- 5 bake at 350 for 1 hour. let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
