Easy Breakfast Squares

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, diced
  • 1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, diced
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  • 2 place hash browns in pan. top with ham, vegetables and cheeses.
  • 3 beat eggs with half and half and salt. pour over meat and potatoes.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 1 hour. let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
