Budget Rice-a-roni Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 (6 7/8 ounce) package beef rice-a-roni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch in 3 tablespoons cold water
Recipe
- 1 set seasoning mix aside.
- 2 combine the rice mix and the egg.
- 3 add the raw beef in a large bowl and mix together with your hands.
- 4 roll into meatballs (about an inch and a half).
- 5 in a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides.
- 6 meanwhile, mix the seasoning packet and boiling water.
- 7 pour over the meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 8 pour the cornstarch/water mixture into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
