Ingredients

- 1 lb country-style lamb ribs
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 -2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cut the ribs into 3/4-inch pieces.
- 2 in large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir lamb cubes in oil 4-5 minutes or until lamb is no longer pink.
- 3 remove excess fat from skillet; reduce heat to low.
- 4 add remaining ingredients to skillet, stirring to coat lamb cubes. cover and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. transfer to warm serving dish; serve with toothpicks.
