Barbecue Pineapple Pulled Lamb - Slow Cooker Style

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 -6 lbs lamb shoulder
- all purpose seasoning (i love aunt cora's soulful seasoning)
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (i love sweet baby ray's)
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, diced & undrained
Recipe
- 1 - rub lamb shoulder all over with all purpose seasoning and place in slow cooker.
- 2 - dump can of pineapples (undrained) over lamb.
- 3 - pour bottle of barbecue sauce over lamb.
- 4 - lift lamb a little to let the sauce get underneath.
- 5 - cook on high for six (6) hours or low for ten (10) hours.
- 6 - shred in the pot and mix with the juice.
- 7 - strain & serve!
