Jambalaya - Quick Version

Ingredients
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup butter
- 1 smoked sausage
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cook bell peppers, onions and garlic in a skillet until sauteed well use butter.
- 2 let sit overnight.
- 3 dump in with chicken and sausage allow to boil then add minute rice.
- 4 simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
