Jamaican Jerk Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 2 in.cubes for kabobs)
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon jamaican jerk seasoning (wildtree brand jamaican jerk seasoning)
- 2 green bell peppers (2 in. chunks)
- 3/4 of a red onion (cut into 2in. chunks)

- 1 tablespoon jamaican jerk seasoning (wildtree brand jamaican jerk seasoning)
Recipe
- 1 mix chicken beast, grapeseed oil, jerk seasoning in one bag.
- 2 mix vegetables, grapeseed oil, and jerk seasoning in another bag.
- 3 skewer chicken & veggies alternately and grill over medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes per side. serve with steamed rice or roasted potatoes and salad.
- 4 alternative cooking option: skewer only the chicken. to cook the veggies, use a grill pan or your grill grate topped with 2 layers of aluminum foil to sauté the veggies on the grill. cook time is the same, 5-6 minutes per side.
