- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup bacon drippings
Recipe
- 1 press potatoes between paper towels; sprinkle with seasonings.
- 2 heat drippings in heavy skillet; add potatoes.
- 3 cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
- 4 remove cover and fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
