- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 pinch paprika
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk shallots, mustard, and vinegar together and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 mix well and slowly incorporate sour cream. whisking constantly. add paprika, mix and correct seasonings if desired. thin with vinegar if desired.
- 3 serve over salad.
