Jamaican Oxtails

Ingredients

- 3 lbs oxtails
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 onion
- 1/2 stalk scallion
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle oxtails evenly with seasoned salt, black pepper and ground thyme and garlic.
- 2 stir meat in seasonings.
- 3 add tomatoes, scallion and chopped onions.
- 4 splash sherry on meat.
- 5 brown stovetop for 30 minutes.
- 6 place in crock pot slow cooker
- 7 slow cook on high 4 hours.
- 8 serve over rice.
