Ingredients

- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch paprika
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place shallot, mustard and lemon juice in bowl.
- 2 season with salt and black pepper, mix well with whisk.
- 3 incorporate cream in a thin stream while whisking constantly.
