Jamaican Potatoes Pimento Cheese

• 8 ounces cheese, shredded
• 4 potatoes, peeled, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 14 ounces pimientos, jar can use less

• 1 heat butter and flour and seasoning.
• 2 add milk.
