Italiano Chicken Pasta & Vegetable Medley

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 3 cups whole wheat spiral pasta, uncooked
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned, stirring often.
  • 2 add broth, italian seasoning and garlic. heat to a boil. stir in pasta. cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
  • 3 add vegetables and cheese. heat to a boil. cook 5 minutes more or until pasta is done.
  • 4 sever with additional cheese if desired.
