Italiano Chicken Pasta & Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 3 cups whole wheat spiral pasta, uncooked
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned, stirring often.
- 2 add broth, italian seasoning and garlic. heat to a boil. stir in pasta. cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
- 3 add vegetables and cheese. heat to a boil. cook 5 minutes more or until pasta is done.
- 4 sever with additional cheese if desired.
