- 4 bone in lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- adobo seasoning
Recipe
- 1 heat frying pan over medium heat with olive oil coating the pan.
- 2 liberally sprinkle adobo over chops and place in heated oil. liberally sprinkle adobo over other side of meat.
- 3 when you have a good sear on the first side, flip and sear the second.
- 4 after both sides have been seared turn down heat and finish cooking.
