Fried Lamb Chops

Total Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 bone in lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • adobo seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 heat frying pan over medium heat with olive oil coating the pan.
  • 2 liberally sprinkle adobo over chops and place in heated oil. liberally sprinkle adobo over other side of meat.
  • 3 when you have a good sear on the first side, flip and sear the second.
  • 4 after both sides have been seared turn down heat and finish cooking.
