Ingredients
- 1 green tomato
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons mrs. dash onion and herb seasoning
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice tomatoes thinly.
- 2 combine flour, salt and mrs dash onion and herb blend.
- 3 heat evoo over medium-high heat.
- 4 coat tomato slices heavily in flour mixture.
- 5 fry in evoo, flipping every minute or two until tomatoes are soft and coating is browned.
