Fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons tomato soup mix
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- 1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup french-fried onions
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
- peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into strips.
- 2 mix egg substitute with buttermilk and hot sauce.
- 3 mix flour with seasonings.
- 4 crush cornflakes and onions finely and mix.
- 5 dip strips into wet wash, then dip in flour mix then dip in wet mix agian and then unto crumbs.
- 6 heat oil to 375 degrees.
- 7 fry strips about 6 minutes on each side'.
- 8 drain on paper towels or brown paper bags.
