- 1 cup flour, all purpose
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix milk and egg; set aside. mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- 2 add seasoning (i use tony cachere's creole seasoning) to flour mixture. soak liver in milk and egg.
- 3 drain.
- 4 shake in flour mixture. fry in hot oil.
