Fried Chicken Livers Iii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup flour, all purpose
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix milk and egg; set aside. mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  • 2 add seasoning (i use tony cachere's creole seasoning) to flour mixture. soak liver in milk and egg.
  • 3 drain.
  • 4 shake in flour mixture. fry in hot oil.
