Great Aunt Virgina's Mid-morning/brunch Souffle

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 slices bread
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 de-crust and cube bread.
- 2 place cubes in to a 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 baking dish.
- 3 combine mild, eggs, cheese and seasoning in blender or food processor.
- 4 blend until cheese is grated.
- 5 pour over bread cubes making sure that all cubes are moistened and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- 6 then next morning, bake at 325 for 1 hour.
