Ingredients

- 1 cup tomato, cubed
- 1 cup green pepper, cubed
- 1 cup sweet onion, cubed (vidallia or walla walla or the like)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 chop veggies to be about the same size, mix in the dressing ingredients, stir. let rest in the fridge till supper time and serve.
