Homemade Breading For Baking In The Oven

Ingredients

• 4 cups packaged corn flake crumbs
• 4 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
• 4 teaspoons paprika
• 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
• 1 tablespoon italian herb seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
• 2 place in an airtight container.
• 3 mix well before using.
• 4 plan on using 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of the breading mix for each chicken or fish pc.
• 5 makes 4 cups.
