Ingredients
- 6 lbs lean lamb
- 3 lbs fatty lamb
- 1/4 cup sage
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons cloves, ground
- 2 teaspoons mccormick's seasoning salt
- nutmeg, grated
Recipe
- 1 put lamb through fine blade of meat grinder twice.
- 2 put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly.
- 3 shape into 36 patties.
- 4 fry at once or freeze.
