Homemade Sausage

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs lean lamb
  • 3 lbs fatty lamb
  • 1/4 cup sage
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons cloves, ground
  • 2 teaspoons mccormick's seasoning salt
  • nutmeg, grated

Recipe

  • 1 put lamb through fine blade of meat grinder twice.
  • 2 put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly.
  • 3 shape into 36 patties.
  • 4 fry at once or freeze.
