Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.
- 2 cut chicken to desired size and dip in egg/milk mixture.
- 3 in another bowl, combine flour, salt blend (i use morton nature's season seasoning blend) and pepper. coat chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- 4 heat oil in frying pan ( i use about 1/4 cup) and brown chicken on both sides. drain on paper towel, then place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. cover and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
