Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb loin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried sage or 5 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the lamb and seasoning together well and form into small patties.
- 2 you should be able to make 10 to 12, depending on size.
- 3 fry about 5 minutes per side, and drain on paper towels.
- 4 serve warm.
