Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground lamb loin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage or 5 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix the lamb and seasoning together well and form into small patties.
  • 2 you should be able to make 10 to 12, depending on size.
  • 3 fry about 5 minutes per side, and drain on paper towels.
  • 4 serve warm.
