Grilled Shrimp With Basil And Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb raw shrimp
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning (increased or decreased depending on heat desired)
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1/4-1/3 lb prosciutto, sliced thin
  • skewer

Recipe

  • 1 combine olive oil, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
  • 2 marinade shrimp in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3 wrap each shrimp with a basil leaf and then with a small piece of prosciutto.
  • 4 skewer each shrimp and grill.
  • 5 a fast and elegant appetizer!
