- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning (increased or decreased depending on heat desired)
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1/4-1/3 lb prosciutto, sliced thin

Recipe
- 1 combine olive oil, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
- 2 marinade shrimp in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 3 wrap each shrimp with a basil leaf and then with a small piece of prosciutto.
- 4 skewer each shrimp and grill.
