• worcestershire sauce
• salt
• pepper
• zataran's blackening seasoning
• 2 nice sized lamb steaks

Recipe

• 1 put desired amount of worcestershire on the steaks then salt, pepper and blackened seasoning to your prefered taste. we let them stand for about 15 minutes while the grill heats up.
• 2 grill until cooked through.
